The school had low enrolment at Ladang Ulu Remis, Layang-Layang Kluang Johor. Ministry of Education approved its re-location and the school was transferred to Taman Mutiara Rini, Skudai Johor Bahru which is a new township in 2011.
Student enrolment has significantly increased since 2011. Presently the school has 1,407 students organised in 2 sessions. The school does not have covered space for student assembly, indoor hall for sports related activities and waiting area for the afternoon students.
The school proposed to build new one block of single storey multipurpose hall and requested for TCC’s assistance. The construction commenced in June 2015 and the school obtained its Certificate Practical and Completion (“CPC”) in November 2015.
With this new multipurpose hall, the students are now able to use the area effectively for sports and assembly activities all year round.
