Presently Pay Fong Middle School is the only independent secondary school established in Melaka since 1913. The enrolment of new students have been increasing annually and the school purchased land opposite existing school to expand the school’s facilities. TCC provided funding for the construction of two blocks of 4-storey buildings, one block named the multi-purpose building and another block named the IT building.

TCC naming right was placed at the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Centre, IT building. The school obtained its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (“CCC”) on 14 November 2019.

Since 2019, the IT building was in operation, particularly the ICT Centre Office and Server Room, to coordinate the home based learning and online examinations held during Covid19 pandemic. TCC ICT Centre was officiated by TCC Administrator, Mr. Tan Kong Han together with school representatives on 12 June 2022.
