SJK(T) Ladang Sungai Kruit is located within oil palm plantation compound and students are residing inside the plantation. Presently, the school’s environment is not conducive with most furniture and fittings damaged and the school unable to replace due to lack of funding over the years.
As such, TCC upgraded the school’s facilities to ensure both teachers and students have a comfortable learning environment:
- 1 unit of SHARP smartboard in Bilik Gerakan enabling the students to have the opportunity to experience digital learning;
- 3 units of desktops to place in computer room;
- A new set of public address system (“PA” system) including banquet chairs and rostrum in school hall to enable assembly and activities to be conducted in an organized manner;
- Procurement of new furniture and fittings to replace damaged units:
- a total of 11 units of noticeboards were placed at classrooms and corridors for important announcement and to place students’ creative work;
- a total of 4 units of teacher’s desks; and
- a total of 12 units of medium height cabinets.
