Online Donation
If you wish to make a donation to TCC on this Site, you will be asked to disclose your full name, birth date (for age verification) , mailing address, email address, and credit card information (card type, card number, expiry date)and we will use such information to process your donation and communicate with you regarding your donation (eg, sending you confirmation of receipt via mail or email, informing you via mail or email about projects and programs funded with your donation, etc.). For so long as donations made by you shall be exempted from tax, we will also pass your information to the inland revenue of Malaysia for such purpose. By making a donation on this Site, you authorize us to store and maintain your personal information as disclosed by you (except for your credit card information which will only be used for a single transaction and will not be retained thereafter) as part of our donor records.

TCC’s intention is not to seek any sensitive information such as information relating to health or religion through this Site unless required for recruiting purpose. If you wish to provide sensitive information for any reason, we require your explicit consent to use that information in the ways described in this Policy.
