The school initiated the Kuen Cheng Redevelopment Campus Plan (Phase 1 till Phase 6) from 2007 to 2018 in view of the increasing total student enrolment from 1,600 students in 2007 to 3,700 in 2018.
TCC contributed RM5 million towards the Phase 4 and Phase 5 of the Campus Redevelopment project involving the construction of one block of 4-storey building comprising of canteen, duplex library, auditorium and one block of 2-storey building comprising of multi-purpose hall and rooftop basketball / volleyball court. Both buildings have basement carpark.
Both buildings were issued with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (“CCC”) on 30 January 2018. The school launched its Kuen Cheng Campus Redevelopment on 23 April 2018.
The Community Chest Naming right is placed on the interior and exterior wall of the Student Centre / Canteen which is located on the one block of 4-storey building.
