SJK(C) Choon Hwa is a partially aided school located in a rural village. The school’s single storey building was built in 1958 and has severe leakage problems. TCC advised the school to replace the existing asbestos roof with metal deck roofing to resolve the leakage problems. 2 blocks of single storey classroom buildings underwent a new facelift with new metal deck roof installed.
