Founded in 1948, the school was relocated and rebuilt in 1998 using steel materials sponsored by JKR, Ipoh. The school has 11 classrooms, 1 library, 1 science lab and 1 hall.  However the roof and fittings for the building have deteriorated and needed repair works, which required funding. The school faced problems during rainy days, with leaking roofs in classrooms & hall and rain water splashing into corridors and staircases, making them very hazardous to students and teachers. We therefore funded the repair works for the leaking metal roof, roof insulation and ceilings of the classrooms, and also repaired the electrical circuit board and added additional security measures to the school.
