SJKC Chee Wen is a fully aided school with 1,400 students organized in 2 sessions. Standard 4 till Standard 6 students attend the morning session and Standard 1 till Standard 3 students attend the afternoon session.
The school proposed a reading corner to encourage reading habits amongst the students.
TCC assisted the school to construct a reading corner furnished with a raised tatami platform, “L-shaped” seats, bookshelf cabinets located on the ground floor of the Academic building.
In addition, TCC supplied a total of 110 sets of student wooden tables and chairs to be placed at Standard 1 classrooms.
