SJKC Chin Hua which is located within Chinese new village was built in 1926. The single-storey canteen building was re-built in 1994 and needs to be refurbished urgently due to bird droppings on canteen tables and chairs which is not hygienic for students..
TCC assisted in refurbishing the school canteen replacement of floor and wall tiles, installation of new ceiling boards, electrical fixtures and 3 wooden doors, plumbing and painting works.
The upgraded of canteen has greatly improved the cleanliness of the area.
TCC replaced the wooden-type canteen benches with stainless steel canteen benches to provide a more comfortable and durable seats for the students. These stainless steel benches are not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain, ensuring a clean and hygienic dining area for the students.
TCC donated a total of 2 units of SHARP Education Solution smartboards which was placed in Science lab and Rehabilitation classroom (known as Kelas Pemulihan) to further encourage interactive and engaging learning experiences for the students.
The SHARP Education Solution smartboard aims to further enhance the learning experience of students, enabling few students to concurrently write and draw at the smartboard which encourages these students to take part in the lessons more actively. In addition, the teachers can showcase videos and 3D pictures so that the lessons will become more interesting. As a result, the teaching and learning processes enhance significantly.
Each unit of smartboard comprise of 70” 4K Aquos Touch smartboard with mini PC. Other additions include mobile stand, an interactive whiteboard pen, e-share pro license and cabling.
