SMK Syeikh Abdul Ghani has 735 students. In addition, the school has a hostel located 7km away from the school and presently has 37 Orang Asli students staying in the hostel.
Presently the school is using LCD projector and whiteboard as teaching aid.
TCC donated a total of 5 units of SHARP Education Solution smartboards which were placed in physic classroom, and language (“Bahasa”) classroom in Block A, Gerakan meeting room in Block C, moral classroom in Block D, and computer Lab in Block F school buildings to enable all students to experience the digital learning environment.
The SHARP Education Solution smartboard aims to further enhance the learning experience of students, enabling few students to concurrently write and draw at the smartboard which encourages these students to take part in the lessons more actively. In addition, the teachers can showcase videos and 3D pictures so that the lessons will become more interesting. As a result, the teaching and learning processes enhance significantly.
Each unit of smartboard comprise of 70” 4K Aquos Touch smartboard with mini PC. Other additions include mobile stand, an interactive whiteboard pen, e-share pro license and cabling.
TCC also donated a total of 5 units of desktops which were placed in hostel, robotic classroom, library, teachers’ room and science lab enabling students to have the opportunity to enhance their computer literacy skills and expand their knowledge.
